Attorney Aaron Johnson’s practice is devoted to family law matters, defense litigation, estate and probate,  and other matters.  Mr. Johnson’s practice centers on providing timely and effective legal advice to further the objectives of clients.

Regardless of whether you need legal advice concerning a family law matter or your company needs representation in litigation, I understand the importance of your matter to you.  When you hire our firm, we treat your matter with the same level of importance and urgency as it is for you.

As your attorney, my first task is to understand your matter and the objectives that are desired to be achieved.  Then, I can provide you with a strategy designed to achieve your objectives.

In addition to this process, part of my goal will be to educate you by providing information about how the law pertains to your matter.  As an example, in the case of family law matters such as parenting time, it’s important to understand that Indiana law favors both parents having parenting time with their children.  One parent cannot cut off the parenting time of the other parent simply because the first parent is bitter over the divorce.  Once clients understand how the law operates, we can then develop objectives against the legal backdrop and presumptions that exist.

When you hire our firm, I will be with you throughout the duration of your matter.  As part of our representation, I encourage you to ask whatever questions you may have, whether they concerns the law, our fees, or any other matter.

If you are in need of legal representation concerning any of the practice areas listed below, I would invite you to call me at your convenience so that I can learn about your matter.
